1. General information

This website and its services are provided under the brand Scarlet Intimates, operated by Altoriq Group AB, company registration number 559583-4200.

By accessing this website, using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Return and Refund Policy and any other policies made available on the website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and other countries where Scarlet Intimates sells its products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country.


2. Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any other order information are correct before completing the purchase.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order, but we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or adjust an order if there is a valid reason to do so.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • The payment is not authorized
  • The information provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • There is a clear pricing or product information error
  • We suspect fraud, misuse, payment abuse, identity misuse or other unauthorized activity
  • The order violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless otherwise required or agreed.


3. Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is correct.

Payments are processed through our payment providers. We do not normally store full card details directly on our own systems.

If a payment is declined, reversed, flagged or not completed, we may pause, cancel or refuse the order.

We reserve the right to perform fraud checks and payment verification before shipping an order.


4. Prices, currencies and offers

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices, offers, discounts and campaigns may change at any time. Temporary offers are valid only during the stated campaign period or while stock lasts.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical errors, discount errors or product information errors before or after an order has been placed.

For campaigns such as Buy 1 Get 1, bundles, free products, quantity discounts or similar offers, the campaign conditions apply to the full offer. If part of a campaign order is returned, the refund may be adjusted according to the Return and Refund Policy.


5. Product information

We do our best to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colors, materials, fit, texture, packaging and details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, device type, photography and individual perception.

Minor differences that do not affect the product’s main function are not considered defects.

Product results, fit and comfort may vary depending on body shape, size selection, flow level, use, washing, care and individual circumstances.


6. Intimate hygiene products

Scarlet Intimates sells intimate hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, special return restrictions apply.

If a product is delivered with a hygiene seal, protective seal, protective packaging, security strip or other hygiene protection, the product cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once that seal or protection has been opened, broken, removed or damaged after delivery.

Opened, used, washed, tried on against the body or otherwise handled intimate products cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective and you have a valid legal complaint.

This rule is necessary to protect hygiene, health, product quality and other customers.

7. Delivery

We always aim to process, ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible and within the estimated delivery time shown on our website or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window. However, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our direct control.

Examples of circumstances that may affect delivery include:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Import processing
  • High order volumes
  • Peak season pressure
  • Public holidays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Security checks
  • Geopolitical events
  • Armed conflicts, war or international transport disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  • Other events outside our reasonable control

If a delay occurs, we will do our best to assist you and provide available tracking or delivery information.

A delivery delay caused by a carrier, customs, international transport disruption, armed conflict, war, strike, security check or another external event does not automatically mean that the order is lost, cancelled or eligible for immediate refund.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, you must contact us so we can investigate the shipment and assist you.


8. Customer responsibility for delivery information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information at checkout.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional costs related to reshipping, return handling, address correction or failed delivery, where permitted by law.

If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point, parcel locker or similar location, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the carrier’s stated collection period.

An unclaimed parcel is not the same as a valid return or a valid use of the statutory right of withdrawal.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to sender or to our logistics partner, we may deduct reasonable shipping, return shipping, handling and administrative costs from any refund, where permitted by law.


9. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, the statutory right of withdrawal, our 365 day open purchase and hygiene related return restrictions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers normally have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless an exception applies.

For intimate hygiene products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the hygiene seal or hygiene protection has been opened, broken, removed or damaged after delivery.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for returns under the right of withdrawal and our voluntary 365 day open purchase, unless otherwise required by law or unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.


10. Complaints and defective products

If you believe that a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not as described, you must contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or video showing the problem.

A product is not considered defective simply because of normal wear and tear, incorrect use, incorrect washing, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage, incorrect size selection, personal preference or minor differences in color, material or appearance.

Your legal complaint rights depend on the country where you live and the mandatory consumer law that applies to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits those rights.


11. Care instructions

The customer is responsible for following the product’s care instructions.

Damage, reduced function, color changes, shrinkage, odor, fabric wear or other issues caused by incorrect washing, incorrect drying, misuse, excessive heat, bleaching, fabric softener, ironing or failure to follow care instructions are not considered product defects.


12. Account and communication

If you create an account or provide contact information, you are responsible for keeping your login details and contact information secure and up to date.

We may contact you by email, SMS or other available communication channels regarding your order, payment, delivery, return, complaint, customer service case or other important information related to your purchase.

Marketing communication is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable marketing laws.


13. Fraud prevention and misuse

We reserve the right to investigate, refuse, cancel or report orders, claims, returns or customer activity that we reasonably suspect to involve fraud, misuse, false information, payment abuse, return abuse, chargeback abuse, identity misuse or other unauthorized activity.

We may share relevant information with payment providers, shipping partners, fraud prevention services, authorities or legal representatives where necessary and permitted by law.


14. Payment disputes and chargebacks

We handle customer service matters, delivery investigations, return requests, complaints and refund requests according to our policies and applicable law.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution because the matter may then need to be handled through the payment provider or bank process.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide the payment provider, bank or dispute handler with relevant documentation, including order details, delivery information, tracking information, customer communication, return status, product information and policy terms.


15. Limitation of liability

Scarlet Intimates is responsible in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of profit, business interruption, consequential damages or other financial losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law.


16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include carrier disruptions, customs delays, import processing, strikes, labor conflicts, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, cyber incidents, government actions, security checks, geopolitical events, armed conflicts, war, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If such an event occurs, we will do our best to reduce the impact and assist customers where reasonably possible.


17. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, design, logos, videos and other material, belongs to Scarlet Intimates, Altoriq Group AB or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.


18. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, legal requirements, payment methods, delivery processes or policies.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date above.

The Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase are the version available at the time you placed your order, unless a change is required by law.


19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, as Scarlet Intimates is operated by Altoriq Group AB in Sweden.

However, if you are a consumer living in another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or limits such mandatory rights.

We will always try to resolve the matter directly with you as quickly and fairly as possible.

If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may have the right to contact a consumer advice or dispute resolution body in your country.

For customers in Sweden, the relevant dispute body is normally Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN.

For customers in Norway, consumer guidance may be available through Forbrukerrådet or Forbruker Europa for cross border purchases.

For customers in Denmark, consumer complaint handling may be available through the Danish public consumer complaints system, including the Danish Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints and the Consumer Complaints Board.

For customers in Finland, consumer guidance may be available through the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services, and disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025.
